(Estimated sales since 1997: 12 oz equivalents.) First things first, before we waste your time. An important understanding. We are not a micro-beer, nor are we one of the big mainstreams. Not even close. Not that we have anything against either. It's just that we are trying to be different in an increasingly complicated beer market. Nothing fancy, simply a fine, traditional beer that's easy to drink: a flavorful, crisp, refreshing lager. Our aim is modest: we just hope our Black Star Double Hopped American Lager will satisfy your particular thirst from time to time. We don't have lots of bells and whistles on our site these days, no frogs or ants to download. (If you're looking for the fanciest beer site, you should probably try www.budweiser.com. If you want to check out the micros, there are far too many to list here, though we can suggest some other brews on the web that, for one reason or another, have caught our eye. We're always finding new ones, so come see those again too.) We do have a kind of intriguing screensaver, if you like bucking broncos, like the one on our bottle. (You can download it now for your PC.) While you're here, take a brewery tour or check out some live shots of our three-story brewery. Send a postcard to anyone you know who has e-mail.
